AB	Je lippen zijn als een scharlaken koord en je mond is prachtig, Je wangen zijn als een stuk granaatappel achter je sluier.
SV	Uw lippen zijn als een scharlaken snoer, en uw spraak is liefelijk; de slaap uws hoofds is als een stuk van een granaatappel tussen uw vlechten.

ASV	Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, And thy mouth is comely. Thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate Behind thy veil.
BE	Your red lips are like a bright thread, and your mouth is fair of form; the sides of your head are like pomegranate fruit under your veil.
Darby	Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, And thy speech is comely; As a piece of a pomegranate are thy temples Behind thy veil.
